America's water testing problems must and can be fixed, experts say

After a Guardian investigation revealed at least 33 cities across 17 states used water testing methods that inaccurately reduce lead levels in the results, experts are pushing for reforms that they say can prevent another situation like what happened in Flint, Michigan.
