Annual Fire Safety and Security Report
Because we value the safety of all members of the Vassar College community and as required by the Clery Act, Vassar College publishes the Annual Fire Safety and Security Report (AFSSR). The AFSSR includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by Vassar College; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from Vassar College. Our Annual Fire Safety and Security Report also outlines various campus safety, fire safety, and security policies, such as those concerning crime reporting, prevention and response to sexual and gender violence, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, emergency response and evacuation procedures, and other matters. The AFSSR also includes important tips to help every member of the community remain safe and avoid becoming a victim of crime. The AFSSR is available in pdf format below. You can also obtain a copy of this report by contacting the director of Safety & Security at (845) 437-5301.

北極偏遠島嶼海鳥蛋含塑化劑 揭塑膠污染無處不在
上周於華盛頓舉行的美國科學促進會會議上，有加拿大專家指，塑膠污染已影響高北極地區的暴雪鸌 (Fulmarus glacialis) ，並於這些海鳥蛋，發現一種已知對健康有危險的塑化劑，警告人類已對世上最原始生態環境造成一定破壞。
去年降血壓藥問題頻傳，今日下架的「景德定壓寧膠囊80毫克」有2批，「衛欣保膜衣錠80毫克」及「衛欣保膜衣錠160毫克」則共有3批
#健喬信元醫藥生技股份有限公司生產的衛欣保膜衣錠80毫克及衛欣保膜衣錠160毫克，以及景德製藥股份有限公司產製的景德定壓寧膠囊80毫克，使用到含有致癌成份N-亞硝基二甲胺NDMA的原料藥Valsartan，已緊急啟動回收作業，預計1個月內回收123.7萬顆藥丸。
去年降血壓藥問題頻傳，今日下架的「景德定壓寧膠囊80毫克」有2批，批號為AGR098及AGW118；「衛欣保膜衣錠80毫克」及「衛欣保膜衣錠160毫克」則共有3批，批號為B26541、B24691及B22371。雖然食藥署已緊急啟動下架作業，但因這批原料藥已是2年前進口，甚至有藥品保存期限僅到今年2月，問題藥恐已遭民眾吞下肚。
食藥署表示，N-亞硝基二甲胺NDMA 及 N-亞硝基二乙胺NDEA具動物致癌性......
